Public Information Request

You may obtain a REQUEST FOR PUBLIC RECORDS form from the Nauvoo Town Hall or by clicking on the document at the bottom of this page and hand deliver it, mail it, or send by electronic mail. 

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing. There is a flat fee of $3.00 plus $.25 per page for documents consisting of ten pages or more.
